Bank transfers will be applied to your account shortly after they have been received at our bank. Depending on the type of payment you have made this can range from the same day to between 3-5 business days for standard international payments. We check our account regularly throughout the day for new deposits and can ask our bank to check for specific receipts where you have advised us of the remittance details.

Debit and credit card payments will be applied to your account as soon as we receive confirmation from our payments processer that your payment has been successful – this is normally within minutes of your online payment transaction being completed.

Yes, you can transfer your funds between your landing account(s) and trading account(s) yourself. Your landing account is where your deposits are added and where withdrawals are made from. It acts as a wallet and is independent of your trading account(s) thus allows you more flexibility to control your money when trading on multiple accounts. It is important to be aware that money in a landing account is not included in your trading account balance and is therefore not treated as margin and you need to transfer funds from your landing account to your trading account;

No. Third party transfers are not permitted and as such any remittances from third party accounts will be returned to the remitter. If we have reason to believe a third party payment has been made we reserve the right to request proof of deposit.
